KAT (Kognitivt Anpassningstest) is a web-based cognitive adaptation test that measures a candidate's ability to identify abstract rules and shift analytical focus under time pressure. Available in Swedish and English, it presents sequence puzzles built from shapes, fills, sizes, 90° rotations and XOR dot grids, with a 10-second limit per item and keyboard arrow-key responses.
