Privacy Policy

VibeHunt ("we", "us") is a community for discovering products built with AI. This policy explains what information we collect when you use vibehunt.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Google account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other Google data.
• Profile information. Your username, display name, bio, and website, which you can edit in Settings.
• Content you post. Products you launch (including descriptions, links, logos, and screenshots you upload), your upvotes, and your comments.
• Technical data. Cookies that keep you signed in, a browser setting that remembers your light or dark theme, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your personal information.

What is public

Your username, display name, profile picture, bio, website, launched products, and comments are visible to anyone. Upvote counts are public; which products you upvoted is not shown to other users. Your email address is never shown publicly.

How we use information

• To run the site: sign you in, show your profile, and display your launches, votes, and comments.
• To prevent spam and abuse and to keep the service secure.
• To contact you about your account or content when necessary.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase stores our database, user accounts, and uploaded images.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google provides sign-in.
• Anthropic powers the optional auto-fill on the submit page. When you use it, the URL you enter and the public content of that web page are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft your listing. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

Retention and deletion

You can edit or delete your products and comments at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@vibehunt.io from the address you signed in with and we will complete the request within 30 days. Server logs are kept by our providers for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to how we process it. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children

VibeHunt is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site. See also our Terms of Use.
