Our take: OK, this is a serious one - a digital platform for managing wills. It's not often we see with a product that's literally dealing with life and death. But this is real problem in the marketplace, and we're happy to see innovation from all corners!
Volnt is a very robust product: it allows users to define beneficiaries, assign different levels of permission to each beneficiary, and even designate beneficiaries as digital executors. Then you can note assets, ranging from Bitcoin Wallets to Gmail accounts, and save passwords so that your beneficiaries can access them after death. It even has a full will editor, with an AI assistant to help keep things in legal order.
We'll be honest - we ran into a few bugs, and for such a serious use case we're not sure this is a product we'd pay for today. BUT, the vision is there and the toolset is extremely impressive - this is an app to keep an eye on.
