Our take: We know better than anyone: these days, audiences are largely built and grown on social, and if your product is digital, the most important social channel is often Twitter (nope, still not calling it X).
But let's face it - there's an art to engaging on Twitter. It's not easy, and it's often time-consuming. There's a lot of...not so great content to power through to find the conversations that really move the needle.
Enter Platter. This genius app connects to your Twitter account, takes some demographic information on you and your product, and then just...serves you the most relevant tweets, so you can reply to them without wading through a ton of BS. You can tell it to serve you individual accounts, or communities, or lists, and it will find what matters. Then if you need a little help with your reply, it will create a draft for you, or remix your own version to be more technical, witty, etc. It's even got a Post Scheduler as a bonus feature
This is really an extremely powerful brand marketing tool that works much more cleanly than we would have expected. One nitpick is that the onboarding is pretty light; we would have loved some more hand-holding to get the most out of the platform. But this is a tool that can help all kinds of creators engage with their communities and grow their audiences. Nicely done Jason.
